We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Outbound Calling Specialist for an this pivotal role you will serve as the primary voice of the organization engaging with potential donors and supporters to drive contributions and raise awareness. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential in fostering relationships managing leads and achieving the organizations fundraising targets through dedicated outbound outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional outbound calls to prospective donors and stakeholders to promote the NGOs mission.
- Actively listen to inquiries and concerns to understand donor needs and tailor communication strategies accordingly.
- Manage and update donor information and interaction logs using CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Follow up persistently with leads to nurture interest and convert prospects into committed supporters.
- Handle objections with tact and professionalism to overcome barriers and secure commitments.
- Monitor progress against daily and monthly targets to ensure consistent achievement of fundraising goals.
- Utilize strong verbal communication skills to articulate the organizations impact clearly and persuasively.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of prior work experience in a similar role or related field.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong active listening capabilities to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and persuasion.
- Proven experience in outbound calling lead management and objection handling.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding set targets.

Required Education:
