Profile:Order Processing

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in this field
• Previous experience in E-commerce Order Processing is mandatory
• Must have hands-on experience with Flipkart Myntra Meesho and Amazon seller portals.

Roles:

• Manage and process daily online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle orders through Flipkart Myntra Meesho and Amazon seller portals.
• Process orders cancellations returns and exchanges.
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order processing.
• Monitor order status inventory availability and dispatch timelines.
• Resolve portal-related issues and order processing errors.
• Maintain proper order records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure orders are processed within defined timelines.
• Manage multiple orders while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
