About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle TRCS Consultant to support a critical ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS) and be capable of contributing effectively in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Candidates who can join immediately or are serving a short notice period will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Configure implement and support Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS) solutions for enterprise tax reporting requirements.
Collaborate with Tax and Finance stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into TRCS solutions.
Support tax provisioning tax reporting and compliance processes using Oracle TRCS.
Perform data integration validation reconciliation and troubleshooting activities within TRCS.
Provide production support and resolve issues within agreed service levels.
Work closely with onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Support system enhancements upgrades testing and change requests related to Oracle TRCS.
Participate in solution design discussions and recommend best practices for tax reporting processes.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS).
Experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications.
Good understanding of tax reporting tax provisioning and regulatory compliance processes.
Experience working with large enterprise organizations preferably within banking or financial services.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to urgent project requirements.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience interacting with business stakeholders and senior management.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Service).
Experience with Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service).
Exposure to Oracle Financial Reporting and EPM reporting tools.
Prior experience supporting Goldman Sachs or other Tier-1 investment banks.
Knowledge of global tax reporting and compliance frameworks.
Experience working in high-pressure deadline-driven environments.

Educational Qualification
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Finance Accounting or a related field.
Oracle EPM/TRCS certifications will be an added advantage.
