Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle SOA Suite development and production support.
• Strong expertise in Oracle SOA Suite components including BPEL Mediator Oracle Service Bus (OSB) Business Rules and Oracle Adapters.
• Strong knowledge of XML XSD XSLT XPath WSDL SOAP REST and JMS.
• Experience administering Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle Fusion Middleware environments.
• Hands-on experience with middleware deployment configuration patching migration troubleshooting and environment management.
• Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting.
• Understanding of Oracle Database concepts SQL and database integration.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues log analysis performance tuning and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident Change Release and Problem Management.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have

• Experience administering Oracle Service Bus (OSB) environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) monitoring and middleware performance optimization.
• Experience with middleware security SSL configuration identity management and access controls.
• Exposure to DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines deployment automation and scripting.
• Experience working in Managed Services Customer Success or Production Support environments.

• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle including requirement analysis solution design development testing deployment production support and continuous improvement.
• Administer Oracle SOA Suite Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle Fusion Middleware environments ensuring platform stability security and high availability.
• Perform deployments environment configuration cloning migration patching and release management across development test and production environments.
