Oracle HCM Senior Analyst

You Must Have

• Relevant experience working in technology field and relevant experience in system design and development

• Relevant experienceof hands-on configuration implementation experience with Oracle HCM Cloud focusing on the Core HR module and Help Desk

• Relevant experience of Business Process Knowledge Understanding of HR business processes (hire-to-retire talent management benefits enrollment etc.).

• Relevant experience of Requirements Gathering & Fit-Gap Analysis Ability to engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into configurations.

• Relevant experience of Proficiency in creating configuration workbooks design documents and training materials.

We Value

• Oracle Implementation Certification in the Core HR and/or Help Desk modules
• Experience in implementing or supporting other Oracle HCM modules
• Proficiency in SQL and report building using Oracle BI
• Strong eagerness to learn with a keen eye for detail
• Self-motivated adaptable and a collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to establish strong relationships with team members and business stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts
• Strong analytical problem-solving and debugging skills
• Demonstrated technical leadership with solid planning and follow-up capabilities; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
