Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Fast Formula Development Design develop test and maintain Fast Formulas across Core HR
Compensation Benefits Absence and OTL to enable accurate compliant HR and payroll processing.
Reporting & Extracts (BI Publisher / HCM Extracts) Build and enhance BI Publisher reports (RTF/Excel
templates bursting) and create/maintain HCM Extracts for payroll benefits finance and third-party vendor
feeds.
Integrations & Production Support Build and enhance BI Publisher reports (RTF/Excel templates bursting) and
create/maintain HCM Extracts for payroll benefits finance and third-party vendor feeds.
Develop and support inbound/outbound integrations using HDL HSDL REST APIs SOAP services and Oracle
Integration Cloud (OIC) where applicable.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs including time-sensitive payroll issues.
Produce and maintain technical documentation (design specs data mappings test scripts runbooks) and
participate in Agile sprint ceremonies.
Assess Oracle quarterly updates/patches identify impacts and implement remediation proactively.
