Location : Meerut Partapur Delhi Road ( Uttar Pradesh)
Work Timing : 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM ( Two Saturday Off)
Reporting To : Lead - Software Application Engineering

As a Senior Growth Consultant you sit right at the intersection of tech execution and business strategy. You arent just running scripts you are a trusted partner helping client IT teams Agri-traders and enterprise leaders digitize their operations without missing a beat.
What Youll Do
- Lead Technical Onboarding: Partner with client teams to evaluate legacy stacks build integration roadmaps and configure reliable software rollouts across all three market pillars.
- Build Multi-System Integrations: Design and deploy secure REST GraphQL and Webhook integrations connecting our core platform to everything from enterprise SaaS apps to local trader accounting software and consumer advisory modules.
- Transform & Unify Data: Perform data mapping to translate legacy formats (JSON XML CSV flat files) into clean standardized platform data.
- Test & Troubleshoot: Run rigorous API testing resolve data mismatches and ensure rock-solid stability before and after go-live.
- Document for Scale: Build clean integration playbooks data-mapping specs and API guides that make scaling effortless.
What You Bring
- 23 Years Experience in software implementation technical client onboarding or integration engineering.
- API & Data Proficiency: Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs Webhooks JSON XML and Postman testing suites.
- SDLC Fundamentals: Clear grasp of software implementation lifecycles and structured deployment processes.
- Bridging Communication: Ability to explain technical requirements effortlessly to both software engineers and non-technical business leaders.
Bonus Points
- Experience integrating standalone accounting software (e.g. Tally Busy) or legacy ERPs (SAP Oracle).
- Familiarity with Business Processes (order to cash procure to pay hire to retire etc.)
- Experience in integration middleware iPaaS or ETL tools
