Job Title: Oracle Fusion ERP Test Lead (AR)

Location: Bengaluru/Pune/Hyderabad India

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

The Oracle Fusion ERP Test Lead owns the end to end testing strategy and execution across Oracle Fusion implementations and change releases ensuring business processes integrations and reporting are delivered with high quality and compliance readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Strategy & Governance

• Define and own the Oracle Fusion test strategy across SIT UAT Regression and Cutover
• Establish test entry/exit criteria quality gates and governance aligned to release milestones
• Ensure audit ready test artefacts and traceability

Test Planning & Execution

• Lead testing across Fusion modules (AR)
• Manage functional integration regression and user acceptance testing
• Coordinate end to end testing for Fusion integrations (OIC REST/SOAP BIP reports)

Defect & Risk Management

• Own the defect lifecycle including severity assignment triage and resolution tracking
• Drive root cause analysis and proactively surface quality risks to leadership

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Partner with Business SMEs IT SIs and Oracle Support
• Lead UAT readiness execution and business sign off
• Provide clear test status risks and mitigation updates to CXO/program leadership

Tools & Reporting

• Manage test artefacts and execution in Jira / ALM
• Produce concise dashboards on test progress defects and release readiness

Required Expertise

• 6-9 years of relevant experience
• Strong hands on experience testing Oracle Fusion ERP
• Deep understanding of finance processes and cross module integrations
• Proven leadership in large scale ERP or Finance transformation programs
• Experience working in Agile / Hybrid delivery environments

Success Measures

• On time test cycle completion
• Minimal defect leakage to production
• Strong business confidence at go live
• Compliance and audit ready testing outcomes
