Must-Have Strong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM minimum 2 Fusion project support experience is a must Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR Absence & OTL Compensation Payroll (Qatar) ORC Goal & Performance Management Learning & HR Helpdesk Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process Prior experience in managing activities such as Configurations & Migrations and Support with due process adherence Work with Client Onsite teams and Offshore Team to resolve the issues during production support. Impact analysis and propose solutions for the enhancement requests
