We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter with strong exposure to US IT recruitment and OPT hiring processes.
Requirements
- 5 years of OPT Recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of OPT process and regulations
- End-to-end OPT recruitment experience
- Experience hiring H1 Transfers / Project Transfers / GC / H4 candidates
- Experience with Dice LinkedIn job boards & sourcing platforms
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
