Job Title - OpsRamp AIOPS

Experience - 8 - 15 Years

Location -PAN India

Notice - Immediate to 90 Days

Requirements:-

• Experiencein the area ofEnterprise monitoring Event Management Infrastructure Discovery Automation ConfigurationManagementand Integration with ITOM solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience. inOpsRampdesignimplementationand integration with 3rd party solutions
• Collects generates or helps refine high level requirements / use cases and creates implementation strategy acceptance criteria (with input from the customer).
• Work with different engineering teams across the organizationin order todeterminescope for monitoring & event management solution designs and provide implementation roadmap.
• Experience in monitoring database systems Understand and manage systems upgrade path scaling and automate routine tasks.
• Recommend best practice for configuration management for allOpsRampcomponents.
• Responsible for the formation and implementation ofOpsRampSolution standards practicesAutomationsand procedures that best fits for an enterpriseinfrastructure.
• Should havegood experiencein Design development and implementation of IT Operationsmonitoringsolutions with integration into other ITSM applications.
• Design integration workflows usingOpsRampPlatform.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services and use of connectors forintegration.
• Solid understanding of integration design patterns SOA/EAI best practices
• Ability to troubleshootOpsRamp(debuggers / flowanalyzers) deploymentissues.
• Knowledge in using J2EE XML XSLT JMS JSON SQL Python NodeJS
• Expertisein configuring Dynamic Applications Business Services Dashboard & Reports.
• Hands on experience in infrastructure discovery throughOpsRampplatform and onboarding the Server infrastructure on toOpsRampplatform.
• Experience in System Administration.
• Experience inmonitoringAgent installation Siloconfigurationand management.
• Experience in event management functionality. Netcool Omnibus/Moogsoft/ Splunk / MFOpsBridgeand other event management tools are added advantage.
• Experience in integration with Service Management tools like ServiceNow BMC Remedy.
• Knowledge in third party discovery tools like Service Now and BMC discovery is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure network concepts and protocols.
• Experience in remediation of discovery and monitoring issues in the infrastructure.
• Good analytical problem solving logical thinking. Standby support during non-office hour isrequired.
• Co-ordinating with support teams in resolving issues. Working with Vendor in updating the Patches fixes and version upgrades.
• Interested to work in multi skilled environment and adapted to learnnew technologiesthat supports any Enterprise Infrastructure.
• Customer facing experience isa must.
