Job Summary

Primary Duties :

Select tools required to produce parts and prepares machine Calibration and setting Load parts on to fixtures and performs machining operation unload finished products from machine.
Check finished parts against blueprint debugs and submit for approval Operates assigned machine (CNC/VMC/HMC) or may work related group of machines or similar complexity.
Understand working properties of common metals read blue prints.
May perform minor ajustments to machine and operating procedure to maintain quality Preventive maintainance of machines
Report Near Miss
Contribute Kaizens/ POKA YOKE
Participate in TPM initiatives.
Good knowledge of GD &T Knowledge Skills and requirements
Should have the knowledge to operate CNC/VMC/ HMC Machines
