Learn and support day-to-day operations across OPD IPD ICU OT reception billing and patient services
Assist in coordinating patient flow and departmental activities
Support implementation and monitoring of SOPs quality standards hygiene and safety protocols
Work closely with doctors nurses RMOs and support staff to ensure smooth operations
Assist in handling patient feedback complaints and service recovery initiatives
Participate in daily rounds audits and operational reviews
Support inventory monitoring and departmental reporting
Assist in maintaining operational records and documentation
Learn hospital compliance requirements accreditation standards and quality processes
Support HR-related activities such as attendance tracking staff coordination and training programs
Prepare daily weekly and monthly operational reports
Requirements
MHA MBA (Healthcare Management) BHA or related qualification
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of healthcare experience can apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn hospital operations
Basic knowledge of MS Excel MS Office and reporting tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
