- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel MS Word Outlook and MS Teams
- Perform document indexing and image-based data review activities.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of processed information.
- Validate customer and loan-related data across multiple systems.
- Perform data entry and maintenance activities with high accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve processing exceptions and errors.
- Maintain loan files customer records and operational documentation.
- Process customer payments and account updates according to established procedures.
- Support payoff processing and account maintenance requests.
- Research and resolve operational inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Meet established productivity and quality targets.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams and cross-functional service lines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
