Job Summary
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and oversee fleet operations within the assigned area
Ensure optimum active rider count and engagement
Monitor and ensure timely rent collection from riders
Ensure on-time recovery of company assets
Handle reconciliation of battery swapping and operational activities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Supervise and manage Team Leaders (TLs) Field Recruiters (FRs) and thirdparty vendors
Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company processes Eligibility Criteria
Experience in operations fleet management or field operations preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of ground-level operations and vendor handling
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
