Warehouse Operations
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound storage picking packing and outbound activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor operational KPIs such as productivity inventory accuracy order accuracy and turnaround time.
Inventory Management
- Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO where applicable).
- Coordinate with procurement transportation and customer service teams to ensure inventory availability.
