Dr Job FZ LLC, a leading IT Services and IT Consulting firm located in Delvada, India, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Operations Management. As an Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and performance.

- Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.

- Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations and ensure seamless workflow.

- Manage inventory, resources, and budgets effectively to meet operational goals.

- Oversee compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards.

- Evaluate operational performance through KPIs and prepare regular reports for management review.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the IT industry (0-10 years).

- Strong analytical skills to assess complex operational challenges and provide solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective cross-departmental collaboration.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software to drive informed decision-making.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met consistently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Project Management or Operations Management would be a plus.
