Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Logistics Manager to oversee the complete logistics and C&F (Carrying & Forwarding) operations. The ideal candidate should have strong dealership/distributor management experience sound knowledge of warehouse and transportation operations and the ability to ensure smooth product movement while maintaining inventory accuracy and service levels.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics and C&F operations.
• Coordinate with dealerships distributors transporters and warehouse teams.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods as per business requirements.
• Monitor inventory movement and stock availability across warehouses.
• Plan vehicle allocation and optimize transportation costs.
• Handle order processing dispatch planning and shipment tracking.
• Resolve logistics-related issues with dealers transporters and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and documentation.
• Coordinate with sales accounts and warehouse departments for seamless operations.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare logistics MIS dispatch reports and inventory reports.
• Manage claims related to shortages damages and delivery discrepancies.
• Maintain strong relationships with transport vendors and C&F partners.
• Drive process improvements to reduce turnaround time and logistics costs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience handling dealership or distributor-based logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of C&F processes and warehouse management.
• Experience working with FMCG distribution networks will be highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders transporters and internal departments.
• Capable of leading a team while ensuring operational excellence and timely deliveries.

Qualification:

• Graduate in Commerce Business Administration Supply Chain Logistics or related field.
• MBA/PG Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics will be an added advantage.
