Position Title: Operations Executive Location: PAN India Reporting To: Operations Manager Department: Services Inspection Pre Insurance
Objective: To ensure smooth execution of pre-insurance inspection operations by effectively managing client accounts tracking daily activities and providing timely updates and communication to support business continuity.
Accountability: Monitor and manage assigned client accounts for pre-insurance inspection activities. Track daily business flow and ensure timely follow-ups on pending cases. Prepare and share daily MIS reports with clients and internal stakeholders. Address client queries promptly through emails and phone calls. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide status updates and ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of inspections and reporting. Ensure data accuracy and completeness in all reports and communications. Identify and escalate issues impacting operations or timelines.
Competencies: Strong client management and communication skills Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously Good follow-up and coordination skills Proficiency in MIS reporting and MS Office tools Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Experience: 13 years of experience in operations coordination or client servicing roles Educational qualification: Diploma/bachelors in mechanical engineering or graduates with relevant experience also considered Proven experience managing multi-state operations client relationships and large field teams.
Languages Preferred: English and Regional language
