Operations Coordinator
Job Summary
Role Summary
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating production dispatch logistics accounts and operational reporting activities between the India and US teams. The role requires strong follow-up reporting and coordination skills to ensure smooth business operations and timely decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Production Coordination
- Monitor daily production schedules at the US plant and ensure targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with the US plant team regarding raw material availability and production planning.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and escalate issues promptly.
- Maintain production MIS reports and provide daily/weekly updates.
Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
- Track dispatch schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders logistics partners and warehouse teams.
- Monitor inbound shipments from India and resolve transit or clearance issues.
- Maintain shipment trackers PODs and dispatch documentation.
Accounts & Commercial Coordination
- Coordinate invoicing receivables and payment follow-ups with India and US accounts teams.
- Ensure accurate billing for operational transactions.
- Support reconciliation of inter-company accounts.
- Assist in preparing revenue expense and cost variance reports.
Operational Reporting & Follow-Up
- Maintain dashboards for production inventory dispatch and finance.
- Conduct follow-up meetings with the US team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
- Ensure SOP compliance and documentation.

Experience Requirements
- 25 years of experience in Operations Logistics Supply Chain Production Coordination or related functions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams preferred.
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Commerce Engineering Logistics Supply Chain or related discipline.
