As a key member of our operations team you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the service delivery ecosystem that ensures timely installations consistent maintenance and exceptional customer experiences. This role is central to our mission of making clean water accessible and affordabledriving operational excellence in a fast-paced high-growth startup environment. Youll be instrumental in building scalable processes empowering frontline teams and continuously improving service quality to meet the evolving needs of our customers and business.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement streamlined workflows for technicians to ensure on-time service and installation.
- Continuously optimize existing processes to achieve benchmark performance levels amid rapid business growth.
- Develop and refine performance management tools to enhance technician and delivery partner effectiveness.
- Lead workforce engagement initiatives to recognize top performers and sustain high team morale.
- Create execute and review operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align service operations with broader business goals.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer communications related to service scheduling and resolution.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in high-growth operations roles with a proven track record of execution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi; capable of clear confident interaction across teams and customers.
- Exceptional multitasking prioritization and time management abilities.
- Willingness to work on weekends and festival days as needed with a structured week off.
- Passion for fostering a high-performance culture that drives accountability motivation and team success.
