OneStream System Specialist

In Corporate we are the experts in our finance system setup to support and develop our system landscape to secure our monthly/quarterly and yearly closing with as little disturbance as possible and assist the Volvo Cars Group to develop our present system landscape.

We are responsible for securing our finance reporting both external and internal to establish and maintain transparent stable & scalable financial systems & processes to secure accurate and timely reporting for Volvo Car Corporation and defined affiliates.

You will be a part of a newly established team to deliver technicaldevelopmentsand functional solutions and configurations using the OneStream platform. You will be able to develop this role and build on your expertise creating valuable contributions to the team and make a true difference for the organization.

As an OneStream System Specialist you will be responsible for the administration maintenance and enhancement of our OneStream platform. This role involves collaborating with various departments to support actual reporting and consolidation financial planning budgeting forecasting and other reporting processes ensuring that our OneStream solutions align with business objectives and deliver valuable insights.
You will therefore play a pivotal role in bringing forward ideas and inspiration to continuously improve the OneStream platform enabling digitalization automation of processes and efficiency in reporting.

You will perform below hands-on tasks:
Configure and maintain the OneStream platform to meet business requirements.
Develop and manage financial models dashboards and reports within OneStream to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within OneStream through data validation.
Provide training and support to super-users and end-users enhancing their ability to utilize OneStream effectively.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Stay current with OneStream updates industry trends and best practices recommending enhancements and upgrades as necessary.
