Onboarding Specialist

Role: On-boarding Specialist (US)

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to gather essentialinformation about new hires and their roles.
Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program tailored tothe U.S. market and company culture.
Prepare and distribute welcome materials including company policiesbenefits information and onboarding schedules.
Ensure timely completion of all onboarding documentation andcompliance with federal and state employment regulations.
Maintain consistent communication with new hires throughout theonboarding process to address questions and provide support.
Track onboarding progress and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with HR and compliance teams to ensure a seamlessonboarding experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
12 years of experience in US onboarding or a related field (recruitmentexperience is a plus).
Proven ability to design and execute onboarding programs.
Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and onboarding compliancerequirements.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus.
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems(ATS) is preferred.
