In this capacity you will be responsible for managing all administrative activities including: Coordinating with vendors and handling vendor-related requirements Managing office supplies and procurement Manage relationships with all office vendors (housekeeping internet pantry laptops etc.). Handle day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning Support employees with basic administrative requirements (workspace assets etc.) Maintain records of invoices procurements vendor documents and agreements Being available on non-working days if any administrative work is required Getting required approvals from HR Team and following up with Finance for timely invoice payments Required Skills & Qualifications:- 1-2 years of experience in administration or office support Good communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)
