We are seeking an experienced Odoo Technical Developer to customize develop and integrate Odoo ERP with our enterprise insurance platform. We are looking for a highly skilled Odoo Technical Developer with 10 years of experience in Odoo ERP development and customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and integrating Odoo applications with enterprise systems while ensuring high performance scalability and reliability. This role requires strong expertise in Python the Odoo Framework PostgreSQL REST APIs and third-party system integrations.

• Design develop and maintain custom Odoo modules based on business requirements.

• Customize and enhance Odoo applications including Sales Purchase Inventory Accounting CRM HR and other modules.

• Develop robust business logic using Python and the Odoo framework.

• Design and implement custom workflows automation and business processes.

• Develop and consume REST APIs for seamless integration with enterprise applications.

• Integrate Odoo ERP with third-party platforms and external systems.

• Customize forms views menus dashboards and user interfaces.

• Develop and maintain QWeb reports PDF reports and custom reporting solutions.

• Optimize PostgreSQL database queries to improve application performance.

• Troubleshoot debug and resolve production issues efficiently.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for custom developments and integrations.

• Participate in deployment release management and system upgrades.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions.

• 10 years of experience in Odoo ERP development.

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.

• Extensive hands-on experience with the Odoo Framework.

• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database design and optimization.

• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.

• Expertise in Odoo module customization and extension.

• Experience with QWeb reporting and PDF report development.

• Knowledge of XML JavaScript HTML and CSS for Odoo UI customization.

• Experience with Git or other version control systems.

• Familiarity with Linux environments and deployment processes.

• Strong analytical debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience integrating Odoo with enterprise insurance platforms or similar business applications.

• Exposure to Docker CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments.

• Experience working with Odoo Enterprise Edition.
