Ocean Contract Management Specialist

This position will support the Area Sales team and Centre Trade & Marketing teams to manage and grow assigned customer accounts in line with organizational strategy goals policies and processes.

Ocean Contract Management Specialist will be responsible for managing North America (NAM) Tender customers and ensuring timely accurate and compliant execution of tender-related activities. The role includes quotation management tender execution contract administration and close coordination with GSC teams including Contract Correction Team (CCT) Disputes and Invoice Quality (IQ) functions to deliver an excellent customer experience and commercial outcome.

Shift - 6PM to 3 AM (Can be rotational basis business needs)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all negotiation rounds of Tender for Non-KC Customer Segmentation ORA Fast Quote Seasonal Sync requests received online.

• Supporting the Dispute and IQ team on improving quality deliverables.

• Preparing reviewing and validating customer tender templates and rate sheet using approved product rates.

• Ensure high accuracy and completeness in all tender deliverables.

• Prioritize and manage multiple tenders simultaneously to meet agreed deadlines and SLA commitments.

• Ensure adherence to tender governance standards SOPs and compliance requirements.

• Prepares Negotiation Package for customers.

• Supports projects and ad hoc initiatives within TCM.

• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and successful tender outcomes.

• Communicate tender status risks and requirements effectively with internal stakeholders.

• Utilize digital tools reporting platforms automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency accuracy and decision-making.

• Support process transformation and technology adoption initiatives within Tender Contract Management.
