o9 Demand Planning Consultant (Techno-Functional)

We are seeking an experienced o9 Demand Planning Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise to design configure and implement demand planning solutions using the o9 Digital Brain platform. The ideal candidate will have a blend of supply chain domain knowledge and hands-on technical experience along with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.

• Understand business requirements related to Demand Planning Forecasting and S&OP/IBP
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders
• Design demand planning solutions using o9 capabilities such as:
  • Statistical Forecasting
  • Demand Sensing
  • Promotion & Event Planning
  • New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Translate business requirements into scalable o9 solution designs
• Validate planning logic KPIs and outputs with business teams
• Support UAT end-user training and go-live activities

• Configure o9 models including dimensions measures hierarchies and business rules
• Develop and maintain:
  • o9 Worksheets
  • Dashboards and analytics
  • Planning logic using rules and scripts
• Work on data integration with ERP systems (SAP Oracle etc.)
• Troubleshoot issues optimize performance and resolve system challenges
• Collaborate with technical teams on data pipelines and automation

• Strong understanding of Demand Planning concepts
• Experience with Forecasting S&OP / IBP processes
• Knowledge of supply chain KPIs
• Ability to translate complex planning logic into business-friendly insights
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders

• Hands-on experience with the o9 Solutions platform
• Understanding of:
  • Data models and planning hierarchies
  • Measures rules and calculations in o9
• Basic knowledge of SQL ETL and data integration concepts
• Experience with ERP integrations (SAP preferred)

• Prior experience in supply chain consulting projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
