We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is essential in creating a nurturing stimulating and safe learning environment for young children aged 35. The Nursery Teacher will play a vital role in fostering cognitive social emotional and physical development through age-appropriate activities play-based learning and consistent positive interactions. With a focus on holistic growth this position supports the foundational years of education helping children build confidence curiosity and essential life skills. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging developmentally appropriate lesson plans tailored to nursery-level learners.
- Create a safe inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Support childrens social emotional and cognitive development through structured and unstructured play.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to share progress and promote consistent communication.
- Monitor and document childrens developmental milestones and behaviour.
- Maintain classroom organization hygiene and adherence to safety protocols.
- Participate in team meetings professional development and school-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license for nursery-level education (as applicable).
- 02 years of experience in a nursery or early childhood classroom setting.
- Strong understanding of child development stages and play-based learning principles.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Patience empathy and a genuine passion for working with young children.
