Job Description -

Experience: 610 Years Domain: Banking / Financial Services / Capital Markets

Must-Have Skills: Strong Business Analysis experience within Banking / Financial Services.
Hands-on experience in Nostro Accounts Nostro Reconciliation and Risk Reporting Expertise in Requirements Gathering BRD/FRD Process Mapping Gap Analysis UAT and Go-Live Support.
Good understanding of Payments Banking Operations and Reconciliation Processes Experience working with Static Data / Reference Data / Master Data Management (MDM)
Ability to work with Business Operations Technology teams SMEs and Project Managers
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills: Process automation and operational improvement initiatives
Experience with JIRA Confluence SQL (preferred) Agile project delivery experience
