Title: Senior Analyst Workforce of the Future Hiring Focus
About the role:
As Senior Analyst Workforce of the Future (WOTF) with a Hiring Focus you will provide project and technical support within the WOTF team and broader ICSS Governance Transformation and Core Portfolio team. Serving as Senior Analyst Finance and Reporting Focus of the team you will contribute to a major initiative within Business Consulting working on the firm workforce strategy lead the financial and compliance governance requirements and lead the overall Demand to Fulfillment (D2F) project. The overall goal of the role is to support Business Consulting in the scale up of their ICC (Internal Capability Centers) locations increasing the tech muscle of the firm. You will work closely with other ICSS Governance and ICSS operations teams to ensure the overall D2F (incl. hiring and backfill) process functions efficiently and accurately. Additionally you will support on D2F specific topics such as capturing and assessing new demands and you will work shoulder to shoulder with the Business Engagement Partners (BEP) team. Please note this is not a Talent Acquisition (TA) role and despite the relationship to TA and HR topics this role is not part of the HR organization.
How will you contribute:
- Serve as Business Consultings main contributor on WOTF with a focus on the Hiring components of the project: inside the ICSS governance team as well as towards functional stakeholders
- Collaborate in activities in partnership with your operational team including:
- Capturing new demands from the Business Engagement teams reviewing and approving them in the system; or challenge them if not relevant or not complete until final agreement according to the governance process
- Facilitate and guide multi-stakeholder meetings (BEPs GCLs Business) for demand reviews and manage recurring alignment discussions
- Capture backfills and process them according to the governance process
- Capture change requests and process them according to the governance process
- Ensure the light business case is updated on a monthly basis
- Produce the monthly and/or weekly Leadership decks and orchestrate completion by other relevant stakeholders
- Lead in activities in partnership with the Operational Lead:
- Leading the governance of the new Demand Item process: from capturing to monitoring and until approving
- Developing training materials and updates towards the BEP team as well as any other functional teams related to hiring
- Manage multiple projects within the WOTF scope including process and systems topics related to the hiring and D2F process
What you bring to Business Consulting:
- Graduate degree in Business Administration Economics Management Finance any other administration or tech related disciplines with 3-6 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience as a co-worker in a matrixed environment involving cross-functional and/or multilayered and/or geographically diverse organizations
- Strong business acumen and project management skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work hands-on into the detail while keeping the big picture in mind
- Ability to navigate across multiple seniority levels of the organization
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills; adept at analyzing and solving complex problems through innovative thinking and practical experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and driving results in a dynamic matrixed environment
- Strategic enterprise-minded thinker who finds innovative ways to serve Business Consulting and build trust
