Key Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In Fostering Their Skills In Building Dynamic User Interfaces And Enhancing Overall Team Productivity.
• Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes For Applications Ensuring Adherence To Best Practices In Performance Optimization And Coding Standards.
• Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews Evaluating Feasibility Studies Identifying Technical Risks And Contributing To Architecture Best Practices.
• Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope Objectives And Deliverables Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate Timely Closure Of Escalations Related To Projects.
• Lead The Design And Implementation Of Reusable Components And Libraries In Optimizing Application Performance And Ensuring Modularity For Future Scalability.

Skill Requirements

• Proficient In With Advanced Proficiency In Building Single-Page Applications And Component-Driven Architecture.
• Strong Understanding Of Web Services And Restful Apis To Integrate Front-End Applications With Back-End Systems.
• Solid Experience With State Management Libraries Such As Redux Or Context Api In .
• Familiarity With For Back-End Integration And Development Of Server-Side Applications.
• Good Knowledge Of Html Css And Javascript For Creating Responsive And User-Friendly Interfaces.
