Summary:
Service Engineer -A Network Service Engineer ensures the availability performance and stability of enterprise network services through proactive monitoring incident resolution troubleshooting and change implementation across LAN WAN SD-WAN SecurityDDI SASE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of WAN LAN WLAN SD-WAN DNS/DDI Load Balancing
Monitor network performance availability capacity and service health.
Perform incident management troubleshooting and service restoration activities.
Support Major Incident Management (MIM) and engage vendors/TAC teams for critical issues.
Execute approved changes validate implementations and perform post-change verification.
Create and maintain operational runbooks SOPs and technical documentation.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive preventive actions for recurring issues.
Manage CMDB updates asset inventory accuracy and lifecycle activities.
Collaborate with application cloud security and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end service availability.
Participate in on-call and escalation support for business-critical services.
Contribute to continuous service improvement operational efficiency and automation opportunities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
