Network Engineer L3 CSB Bank

• 8 years of experience in Network Engineering with strong L3 troubleshooting and network architecture experience.
• Experience in enterprise/banking or large-scale infrastructure environments preferred.

• Lead L3 network operations troubleshooting incident management and resolution of complex network issues.
• Design implement and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across LAN WAN Data Center and cloud environments.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for routing switching VPN firewall load balancer and network security issues.
• Handle major incidents perform RCA and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Lead network changes upgrades migrations and network optimization activities.
• Review network designs configurations implementation plans and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with application security infrastructure OEM and service-provider teams for issue resolution.
• Mentor L1/L2 network engineers and provide technical guidance on complex incidents.
• Ensure network availability performance capacity security and SLA compliance.
• Participate in DR drills network audits vulnerability remediation and business continuity activities.
• Maintain SOPs network diagrams configuration documents and troubleshooting procedures.

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP OSI DNS DHCP ARP NAT SNMP and network protocols.
• Expert-level experience in routing and switching.
• Hands-on experience with OSPF BGP EIGRP MPLS VRF VLAN STP/RSTP/MSTP.
• Strong experience with Cisco routers switches and enterprise networking technologies.
• Experience with Cisco SD-WAN / SD-Access is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IPSec VPN SSL VPN GRE and DMVPN.
• Working knowledge of firewalls such as Check Point Cisco ASA/FTD and FortiGate.
• Experience with F5 Load Balancers and high-availability configurations.
• Knowledge of Cisco ISE/NAC and network access control.
• Experience in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as SolarWinds PRTG Grafana Wireshark SNMP etc.
• Good understanding of network security segmentation high availability and redundancy.

• Ability to lead technical bridge calls and major incident resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in ITIL-based Incident Problem and Change Management.
• Ability to prepare RCA capacity reports network health reports and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work in 24x7 support/on-call environments when required.
