3. Design and Implementation of vertical warehousing

4. Tracking Warehouse Utilization & suggest long term & short term plans.

5. Warehouse Cost Management selection of warehouses negotiation of C & F expenses etc. Vendor engagement

6. Driving Depot Operational efficiencies to manage high throughput faster truck turn around time labor efficiencies etc.

7. Implementation & monitoring CFA Audits & Performance Score Card.

8. Develop & implement Depot SOPs and put in controls to ensure compliance

9. Design and implement Depot Payment structure Depot Audits.

10. Driving PDP compliances Implementation of CRSE

11. Drive & motivate CSOs and Warehouse Representatives to achieve highest level of service metrics.

12. Drive & monitor best practices across all warehouses across regions.

13. Designing & implementing trainings.

Other Responsibilities

1. Designing & monitoring Customer Service metrics.

2. Driving Regional Customer Service Managers for corrections of norms PDP redesign etc.
