Job Summary
Job Purpose
The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales through dealer and distributor networks expanding market coverage developing new business opportunities and ensuring strong brand visibility within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Appoint new dealers retailers and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Increase product availability and market penetration.
- Generate business through dealer visits and contractor references.
- Develop new retail business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
Dealer & Distributor Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Ensure regular order collection and timely payment follow-up.
- Monitor dealer stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Resolve dealer and customer concerns promptly.
Market Development
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities.
- Track competitor activities pricing and promotional schemes.
- Recommend strategies to improve market share.
- Identify emerging market trends and customer requirements.
Brand Promotion
- Conduct dealer meets retailer meets mason meets and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate promotional activities and branding initiatives.
- Increase visibility of Ascolite products at retail outlets.
Reporting & Coordination
- Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and Monthly Sales Reports (MSR).
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits orders collections and market intelligence.
- Coordinate with logistics customer service and finance teams for smooth order execution.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Additional certification in Sales or Marketing is an advantage.
Experience
- 26 years of experience in Retail Sales.
- Experience in Construction Chemicals Building Materials Paints Ceramics Cement Adhesives Sanitaryware Hardware or related industries preferred.
