We are hiring for an exciting opportunity with ICICI Bank for the role of MSSQL Compliance Lead. We are looking for seasoned MSSQL DBAs with strong expertise in database security compliance governance and audit management within Banking/Financial Services environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure MSSQL environments comply with RBI guidelines cybersecurity standards & internal IT policies

Implement SQL Server hardening standards (CIS Benchmarks)

Handle audits including RBI PwC IS Audit & Cybersecurity audits

Manage vulnerability remediation using Qualys Nessus Tenable

Implement TDE Always Encrypted Dynamic Data Masking & SQL Auditing

Govern privileged access DAM/SOC alerts & compliance dashboards

Drive automation RCA CAPA & continuous compliance improvements

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server 2012/2016/2019/2022

Expertise in SQL Security Auditing Encryption Backup & Recovery Always On AG

Strong knowledge of RBI regulations ISO 27001 PCI-DSS & CIS benchmarks

Banking / Financial Services domain experience preferred

Required Skills:

Mandatory Skills: Java / J2EE Spring Boot AngularJS Microservices REST API / RESTful Services Azure / Azure Services HTML CSS JavaScript JUnit Git / GitHub / GitLab CI/CD Jenkins Maven or Gradle Oracle PL/SQL OOPS Data Structures & Design Pattern
