Job Title : MSET Asia Risk Support Role

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create maintain and analyze risk reports for periodic monitoring of trading exposure and limits.
  
• Manage and monitor risk limits across equity and derivatives products.
  
• Review and validate limits across cash and derivative instruments; flag breaches or exceptions.
  
• Develop and maintain risk exception and intraday monitoring reports.
  
• Track intraday limit changes and escalate exceptions to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to risk limit policies and governance standards.
  
• Coordinate and support risk review meetings including preparation of monthly risk decks.
  
• Manage client review processes including periodic assessments and offboarding coordination.
  
• Support COO/business functions with reporting data analysis and operational tasks.
  
• Extract manipulate and analyze data from databases to generate actionable insights.

• Bachelors degree in IT Finance Business or related field.
  
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret risk trading and financial data.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macros); strong MS Office skills.
  
• Experience with data extraction and analysis from databases (e.g. SQL Business Objects).
  
• Familiarity with equity and equity derivatives products and associated risks.
  
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI or similar) is a plus.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including business communication.
  
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proactive self-motivated and strong team collaboration skills.
