The company offers services such as structural design concrete reinforcement detailing structural steel detailing BIM services and pre-construction CAD services.

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced MS Access VBA Programmer to design develop and maintain database applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Access and VBA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing efficient database systems streamlining business workflows creating user-friendly interfaces and integrating business processes with reporting and data management tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain database applications using Microsoft Access and VBA. Create and manage database structures including tables relationships queries forms

reports and macros. Develop VBA-based automation tools custom forms and advanced functionalities. Build optimize and maintain SQL queries for data retrieval reporting and analysis. Troubleshoot debug and enhance existing Access databases and applications. Integrate Microsoft Access with Microsoft Excel Outlook SharePoint and other business

applications where required. Develop automated reports dashboards and data management solutions to support business

operations. Ensure database integrity security reliability and performance optimization. Prepare technical documentation user guides and system specifications. Provide ongoing application support maintenance enhancements and upgrades. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Microsoft Access and VBA development. Strong expertise in: Microsoft Access (Tables Queries Forms Reports Macros) VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) SQL and Relational Database Design Process Automation and Workflow Development Database Design Normalization and Data Modeling

Strong analytical debugging and troubleshooting skills. Good understanding of data management reporting systems and business applications.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Visual Basic (VB6/.NET). Experience integrating Access with Excel Outlook SharePoint and SQL Server. Knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools. Familiarity with version control systems and software development best practices. Experience with data migration and database performance tuning. Knowledge of Python
