Profile:MIS Manager (HOD)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MIS Business Intelligence Data Analytics Automation or a similar role
• Experience in manufacturing/textile industry will be an advantage

Roles:

• Develop and maintain MIS dashboards for management and different departments
• Build and improve flow management systems with Production and QA access
• Automate daily reporting and repetitive processes using Google Workspace tools
• Handle Google Apps Script and AppSheet-based automation
• Develop and maintain reports using Looker Studio and Google Sheets
• Manage BigQuery-based data and reporting
• Handle basic web development requirements
• Troubleshoot daily MIS-related issues and ensure timely resolution
• Develop KRA/KPI dashboards for performance monitoring
• Manage ERP-related reporting and data requirements
• Work with APIs/REST APIs for data integration and automation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Support IT infrastructure management and coordinate on system-related requirements
• Use AI tools to improve reporting automation and business processes
• Lead and manage the MIS team

Qualification:

• BCA / MCA / B.E. / . or equivalent qualification in a technical field
• Candidates with relevant technical education and strong MIS/automation expertise can be considered
