MIS Manager Sr Manager

• CA Inter / MBA Finance or similar qualification
• Strong analytical and reporting background preferred

Candidates with experience in Infrastructure & Manufacturing industries will be preferred.

We are looking for an experienced MIS Manager / Sr. Manager to handle financial MIS reporting dashboard management business analytics and management reporting processes. The candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP HANA financial data analysis and reporting systems to support strategic business decisions.

• Prepare and manage daily weekly and monthly MIS reports
• Develop management dashboards and analytical reports
• Analyze financial and operational data for business insights
• Coordinate with finance and business teams for accurate reporting
• Ensure timely submission of reports to senior management
• Monitor budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
• Automate reporting processes for improved efficiency
• Maintain data accuracy and reporting compliance
• Support CFO with business performance analysis and presentations

• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA
• Advanced Excel and MIS reporting skills
• Dashboard creation and management reporting
• Financial analysis and data interpretation
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
