Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Generate daily weekly and monthly dialer reports.
Monitor and analyze dialer performance metrics such as calls attempted connected calls talk time agent productivity and conversion rates.
Prepare and share operational MIS reports with management and stakeholders.
Extract data from dialer systems and CRM platforms.
Create dashboards and reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
Ensure data accuracy consistency and timely delivery of reports.
Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve team performance.
Coordinate with Operations Quality and Management teams for reporting requirements.
Automate recurring reports wherever possible.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Dialer Reporting (e.g. Ozonetel Ameyo Exotel Knowlarity or similar platforms).
Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Index-Match Charts Dashboards).
Good understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis.
Experience working with CRM systems.
Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
13 years of experience in MIS Reporting Dialer Reporting or Operations Reporting.
