Job Title: MIS Analyst / Operations Data Analyst

About the Role

Were looking for a detail-obsessed MIS Analyst who can act as the data backbone of operations. This role goes beyond reporting youll ensure data accuracy drive accountability across teams and help leadership make informed decisions through structured dashboards and insights.

What Youll Do

• Own weekly data collection from 40 stakeholders across departments using structured templates
  
• Ensure data accuracy completeness and consistency through regular validations
  
• Follow up proactively via calls messages and in-person coordination to close data gaps
  
• Maintain and optimize centralized MIS trackers (Excel-based)
  
• Build and update dashboards reports and visual summaries for leadership reviews
  
• Support the creation of weekly business review (WBR) decks
  
• Identify and flag process inefficiencies especially in operations warehouse and repair workflows
  
• Drive teams toward disciplined reporting systems from unstructured/ad-hoc inputs
  

What Were Looking For

• 36 years of experience in MIS Operations Analytics Business Reporting or similar roles
  
• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Pivot Tables Lookup Functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) Data Validation
    
  • Charts Dashboards and Data Cleaning
    
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow up persistently
  
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
  
• Strong communication skills able to coordinate with senior team members
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced execution-heavy environment
  

Good to Have (High-Quality Candidates Filter)

• Experience in operations-heavy environments (logistics warehouse service/repair ops startups)
  
• Basic exposure to Google Sheets / BI tools (Power BI Tableau)
  
• Experience in building automated or semi-automated dashboards
  
• Process improvement mindset
