Job Summary
| MicroStrategy - Odido Account | F2F Interview/6th June |
| BAND - B3/C1 | BI professional responsible for understanding business processes existing dashboards and data models and working closely with stakeholders on day-to-day reporting and dashboard queries. The role combines hands-on BI development with business analysis and stakeholder engagement primarily using QlikView with MicroStrategy as a secondary tool. |

| NP - 0 to 30 days Max | Understand and analyze current business processes KPIs and existing BI dashboards |

| Act as primary contact for stakeholder queries on reports dashboards and data logic |
|
| Explain how reports are built including calculations data sources and refresh logic |
|
| Translate business requirements into clear reporting and visualization solutions |
|
| Design develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards |
|
| Develop and optimize QlikView applications including scripting data models and QVD layers |
|
| Build interactive and insightful dashboards aligned to business needs |
|
| Write optimize and validate SQL queries for data extraction and reconciliation |
|
| Ensure data accuracy consistency and adherence to BI standards |
|
| Provide production support enhancements and performance optimization |
|
|

|
| Required Skills & Experience |
|
| 7 8 years of experience in BI reporting and analytics |
|
| Strong hands-on experience with QlikView (scripting data modeling dashboards QVDs) |
|
| Good to have experience with MicroStrategy (development and/or support) |
|
| Advanced SQL skills |
|
| Strong understanding of data lake concepts dimensional modeling and enterprise data models |
|
| Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams |
|
| Excellent communication and problem-solving skills |
