Job Summary
Must-Haves
5 years of hands-on MicroStrategy administration
Experience hosting MicroStrategy on cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure)
Strong knowledge of:
o Intelligence Server configuration
o Metadata management
o User & object security
o Caching and cube optimization
Experience managing multiple instances/environments
Understanding of Kubernetes or VM-based deployments
Strong troubleshooting skills (CPU/memory/network bottlenecks)
Experience with patching and version upgrades
Basic SQL knowledge
Experience with monitoring tools (Stackdriver CloudWatch Prometheus etc.)
Responsibilities
Good-to-Haves
Experience with GKE/EKS autoscaling
CI/CD exposure (GitHub Actions Jenkins etc.)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
BigQuery / Snowflake backend experience
Experience migrating on-prem MicroStrategy to cloud
Cost optimization experience in cloud environments
