Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements.
Customize and configure D365 entities workflows business processes forms and views.
Develop and maintain Power Apps Power Automate flows and Dataverse-based solutions.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems and applications.
Develop and consume REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop custom solutions using C# .NET and JavaScript.
Perform unit testing integration testing troubleshooting and defect resolution.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and solution specifications.
Ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to development standards.
Support deployment maintenance and enhancement of D365 CRM solutions.
