11 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development & customization Strong experience designing scalable CRM solutions based on business requirements Hands-on experience with Canvas Apps and Power Pages Experience automating workflows using Power Automate Knowledge of custom connectors and child flows Experience developing custom plugins workflows and JavaScript enhancements Experience writing and maintaining unit tests Strong experience with data migration and system integrations Ability to troubleshoot cand optimize performance Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong documentation and CRM best practice knowledge
