Methods Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Experience:4-8 Years
Qualification: B.E./ - Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Develop and improve manufacturing methods processes and work instructions.
- Prepare process plans routing BOM and work instructions.
- Analyze manufacturing processes for cycle-time reduction productivity and cost improvement.
- Work on DFM/DFA PFMEA process flow and control plans.
- Coordinate with Design Production Quality and Manufacturing teams for process improvements.
- Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing 5S Kaizen and continuous improvement.
- Experience with CAD tools (NX/Creo/CATIA) and manufacturing documentation preferred.
