MERN Stack Full-Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Talent Management Portal using and MongoDB.
• Build employee dashboards scoring engines and analytics features.
• Develop ETL/data integration pipelines from Workday LMS databases and Excel sources.
• Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and secure handling of HR data.
• Develop APIs reports charts and performance insights dashboards.
• Write clean tested and maintainable code following Git-based development practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB ).
• Experience in REST API development RBAC Authentication & Authorization.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Data Modeling ETL/Data Integration Pipelines.
• Experience with dashboard development using
• Familiarity with Git code reviews unit testing and secure application development.

Preferred Skills

• Workday or HR systems integration.
• AI/NLP-based scoring or text analytics.
• Experience handling confidential HR/employee data.
