MEP Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Planning execution supervision & monitoring of MEP works at project sites.
Preparation checking & execution of BOQ SOR Rate Analysis & Quantity Estimation.
Preparation and review of MEP drawings shop drawings material requirements & technical
specifications.
Coordination with Client Consultant Contractor and other site teams.
Ensure MEP work is executed as per approved drawings specifications quality standards and project
schedule.
Material planning technical evaluation and coordination with procurement team.
Monitor site progress manpower material consumption and work quality.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Handle billing measurement RA bills quantity verification and reconciliation.
Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Required Project Experience
Candidates must have strong experience in Government / Government-funded / EPC Projects.

• Strong knowledge of BOQ & SOR

• Billing & Measurement
• Knowledge of Electrical HVAC Plumbing Fire Fighting & ELV services
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & AutoCAD
• Ability to handle site-level MEP execution independently
Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with relevant MEP experience.
Experience Preference

Relevant MEP site experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates having strong
Government Project experience particularly in Medical Colleges Hospitals Airports Commercial and
Residential Buildings.
