Hands-on experience in Mendix or any other LCNC platform

Should have exposure to the end-to-end lifecycle of an LCNC project including requirement analysis development testing deployment and support

Prior experience in coordinating directly with business teams for requirement gathering and clarification would be beneficial

Should be capable of independently analysing business problems and coming up with appropriate solutions with minimal senior intervention
